 lateness: 

​

If you are 10 minutes late or more,

you will be charged the same price as the service that was booked, however you will receive a lesser service.

​

If you are 20 minutes late or more,

your appointment will be considered cancelled and cancellation policy below will take effect.

​

​

frequent lateness (10 mins or more) may result in fees or loss of spot as a client.

​

 
 cancellations: 

 

No-shows / no-calls (or texts) are not tolerated and will result in being charged 100% of the appointment cost and you will be blocked from any future bookings.

​

New Clients: 

 

A $75 deposit is required to hold your first appointment. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice and a new deposit will be required before an appointment may be rebooked. No exceptions. If less than 24 hours notice is provided, additional fees as reflected below may also be charged.

All Clients: 

 

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice

100% of your appointment cost will be charged to the card on file. 

​

frequent short notice cancelling or rescheduling (3 days or less) or failure to pay any cancellation fees may result loss of spot as a client.

​

 
 services: 

​

No same-day downgrading of services.

EX: If you wish to change your service​ from Custom Nail Art to Simple Nail Art,

at least 24 hours notice must be provided.  If 24 hours notice is not given - the price for the service booked will be charged regardless of the service given.

​

I do not apply or remove Acrylic nails, which includes Dip Powder.

If you come in to your appointment with dip or acrylic nails on, you will be charged for the service that was booked but you will receive a lesser service or may be refused service all together.

​

I do not offer full-set extension services.

In the event of a few broken nails, up to 4 extensions may be applied for an additional fee of $5 per nail.

​

 
 payment: 

​

I prefer the following forms of payment:

Venmo, CashApp, & Cash

​

There is a 3% fee for all credit card transactions.

I do not accept American Express.

​

 
 booking: 

 

New Clients

New clients must make their deposit & schedule their first appointment within one week of contact from the Nail Art Babe (the appointment must be scheduled for within 60 days of initial contact). 

​

If you do not book your first appointment with one week of initial contact, if you cancel / reschedule your first appointment more than 2 times, or if you do not come in for your first appointment within 60 days of first contact your deposit is forfeited & you will lose your spot as a client.

​

No new client first appointments on Saturdays unless otherwise agreed upon.  

​

All Clients

Appointments can only be booked or rescheduled on Vagaro 48 hours (or more) in advance, and appointments can only be rescheduled online (no pure cancellation). If a client needs an appointment booked or changed with shorter notice, or you need to cancel your appointment without rescheduling, you must contact me directly.

 

All appointments must be scheduled through my online booking system (Vagaro). If you do not receive a text and/or email confirmation of your appointment, then your appointment is not confirmed.

​

A credit card will be held on file in your Vagaro account in order to schedule with me.  This card will only be charged in the case of cancellations or if you choose to pay using the card on file.
